Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! Cancel anytime through your Stripe customer portal. Your service continues until the end of your current billing period. No contracts, no commitments.
Do you guarantee uptime?
We target 99.9% monthly uptime. If service falls below this, you may request a pro-rated credit for extended downtime (7+ consecutive days). Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance.
What about spam filtering?
Your server includes SpamAssassin for automatic spam filtering. You can adjust sensitivity and rules through your webmail interface or IMAP settings.
Is my email data private?
Absolutely. Your emails are stored only on your dedicated server. We do not read, scan, or analyze your email content. We only access your server for technical maintenance and support when needed.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes! That's the whole point. You provide your domain during signup, and we'll configure your mail server for it. You just need to update your nameservers to point to our DNS.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Payment is processed securely and you'll receive automatic monthly invoices.
